Free The Children
Free The Children started helping Ghana not too long ago, in the early 2000's. So far they have constructed or updated classrooms. They have also made schools for the children. Free The Children has just given the village of Domeabra water sources. Free The Children works with members of Ghana to help create a long-lasting partnership, and Free The Children are also learning about demographies, economy, health, strengths, recourses and priorities. Free The Children is working on low levels of education employment and recourses. Ghana's national literacy is only 67%. In Ghana, Free The Children has noticed that they have a very large fishing industry. Kids in Ghana are to help their families fish during the day. Most classrooms are empty every Wednesday and Friday because they are out helping their family. An average child in Ghana attends school only three times a week.
